We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive / Hunter to accelerate MitrAI’s growth across Global 2000 enterprises in the U.S. This role is centered on new client acquisition - identifying, engaging, and winning new enterprise accounts through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution selling. You’ll own the full sales cycle from outbound lead generation and pipeline development to deal negotiation and close, while also identifying opportunities for expansion within existing clients.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, thrives in fast-growing environments, and is skilled at selling AI-driven enterprise solutions to both technical (CIOs, CTOs, Lead Data Scientists) and business leaders (COOs, CFOs, VPs of Operations). As one of the early hires in our U.S. sales team, you’ll shape MitrAI’s sales motion, and directly influence revenue growth and brand presence in a competitive market.
This position is fully remote within the U.S., with moderate travel for customer/team meetings, conferences, and events.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including outbound outreach, managing inbound leads, with a primary focus of acquiring new clients and also expanding existing accounts
- Engage and build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders in enterprise organizations
- Lead consultative sales conversations, understanding customer needs and aligning MitrAIs Legacy Modernization AI solutions to their goals
- Work closely with Sales Ops, to leverage lead generation support while executing personalized outreach strategies
- Navigate complex sales cycles within Global 2000 enterprises
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, product, marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting in CRM
- 5+ years of sales experience in enterprise SaaS, technology services or a startup environment
- A Network of key stakeholders to be able to call on
- Experience selling to technical and business leaders within large organizations
- A basic understanding of AI (prior experience selling AI solutions is a plus)
- Industry flexibility, with a preference for experience in retail, financial services, banking, healthcare or logistics
- Strong consultative selling skills, adaptability, and active listening
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality - hungry, driven, and technically savvy
