We are one of the fastest-growing Medicare sales organizations in the country. As a Medicare Sales Representative, you will help our customers navigate their Medicare coverage options, building lasting relationships while earning uncapped commission in a high-energy, competitive environment.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage 800–1,000 warm inbound leads per week
- Handle auto-booked appointments and additional inbound lead queues
- Conduct outbound dialing to follow up on leads
- Educate Medicare-eligible clients on plan options and guide them through enrollment
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions
- Participate in live seminars, phone shadowing, and continued training sessions
Once you accept an offer, you'll have 3 weeks to complete and pass your state insurance licensing exam before your start date — we cover all associated costs and support you through the process. You'll arrive on Day 1 already licensed and ready to hit the ground running.
- Pre-Start (Weeks 1–3): Online coursework and licensing exam prep (fully company-sponsored); exam must be passed prior to your start date.
- Months 1–3: Licensed from Day 1 — begin shadowing, hands‑on training, and live selling with full support.
- Month 4+ Full commission structure; flexible scheduling available.
- Onboarding (first 3 months): $20.00/hour + 30% commission on all self-generated revenue
- Post-onboarding: 30% commission on all revenue generated (no cap)
- Candidates who arrive already licensed can begin earning commission on Day 1
- Year 1 average: ~$75,000 | Year 2 potential: up to $150,000 | Year 3 potential: $200,000+
- Equipment:
All hardware provided (computer, monitors, headset, etc.) - Professional Liability (E&O): $25 / month employee contribution
- Schedule flexibility after onboarding period
Onboarding Period: 40 hours per week, fully onsite
Post-Onboarding: Flexible; most reps choose to work from the office given the collaborative environment.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Must-Have Qualities- Coachable — willing to follow the system and absorb feedback quickly
- Money‑motivated — driven by earning potential, not just a paycheck
- Confident and natural on the phone — comfortable leading conversations
- Competitive mindset — thrives in a results‑oriented environment
- Reliable and punctual, especially during the onboarding period
- Background in phone sales, car sales, telecom (AT&T, Verizon), or retail sales
- Experience as a collegiate or competitive athlete
- Prior Medicare or insurance experience — helpful but absolutely not required
- Prefer a slow-paced or strictly administrative environment
- Are uncomfortable making outbound calls or discussing finances with strangers
- Are not motivated by performance-based compensation
