Sales Marketing
Our client is a large, privately held food manufacturer seeking a highly organized and strategic marketing professional to help elevate and unify their food service sales organization.
This is not a consumer marketing role.
This position sits at the intersection of food service sales, brand positioning, market insight, and sales enablement. The person in this role will help create the structure, tools, messaging, and systems that support a national food service sales team working with distributors, brokers, regional operators, and large restaurant groups.
The organization has experienced significant growth and success, but much of the sales support infrastructure today is decentralized. Leadership is looking for someone who can bring consistency, organization, stronger storytelling, and a more strategic go‑to‑market approach across the food service business.
This is a highly visible opportunity to build something meaningful inside a well‑established and financially strong company with substantial runway for growth and future expansion.
Why This Role Stands Out Build the FoundationHelp create the centralized marketing and sales support structure that does not exist today. This role will serve as the key resource for presentations, sales assets, positioning, and customer‑facing materials across the food service organization.
Strategic & Tactical ImpactThis role combines hands‑on execution with strategic influence. You will support day‑to‑day sales needs while also helping leadership better understand market trends, competitive positioning, portfolio gaps, and growth opportunities.
