Position OverviewWe are seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our team and help convert motivated seller leads into signed purchase agreements.
This role is ideal for a high-performing salesperson who thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys negotiating, and wants access to a large pipeline of inbound opportunities
.
Dynasty generates over 50 inbound motivated seller leads per week (2,600+ per year), giving acquisitions managers consistent opportunities to close deals.
Appointments are primarily conducted in person with homeowners throughout:
- Lake County, IN
- Porter County, IN
- LaPorte County, IN
- Will County, IL
Our office is located in Griffith, Indiana with convenient access to I-80/94
.
Salary + Commission Structure
Total compensation expectations:
$80,000 – $200,000+ annually depending on performance
High performers who consistently hit KPIs and close deals can exceed this range.
Additional compensation opportunities include performance bonuses and incentives

- 50+ inbound seller leads per week
- 2,600+ leads per year
- Appointment scheduling support
- Thousands of existing leads in CRM available for follow-up
- Salesforce CRM with structured workflows
- In-house sales training and mentorship
- Weekly team sales meetings

- A proven marketing system generating consistent deal flow
- Meet with homeowners in person to evaluate properties and present purchase offers
- Negotiate purchase agreements with motivated sellers
- Follow up with leads in the CRM to convert opportunities into appointments
- Manage and maintain lead pipelines within Salesforce
- Work closely with the dispositions and transaction coordination teams
- Maintain detailed records and update deal progress in CRM
- Attend weekly team sales meetings and trainings
- Track and maintain performance metrics and KPIs
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment and contract goals

- Previous sales experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to attend in-person seller appointments

- Ability to manage pipeline activity in a CRM
- Experience using Salesforce CRM
- Real estate sales or investment experience
- Experience negotiating contracts or high-value transactions
