The Sales Associate at Oasis RV will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect RV to meet their needs, providing detailed product information, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for RVs, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets.

• Greet and engage customers, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of various RV models.
• Assist customers in selecting the right RV based on their needs and preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, inventory, and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Oasis RV.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or RV industry, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
