AutoDoctors.ai - Commission Sales Associate

We empower small repair businesses to compete with larger organizations by providing tools for accurate diagnostics, seamless customer management, and efficient sales processes. The platform enhances productivity, improves quote accuracy, standardizes diagnostics, and supports long‑term customer relationships with a professional, transparent experience.

A full‑time remote Commission Sales Associate, with the possibility to transition to a full‑time base‑plus‑commission role within six months. Successful candidates will build and grow customer relationships, generate prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and drive sales of our AI‑driven auto repair platform. You will identify new business opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, negotiate agreements, and achieve revenue goals while collaborating closely with support and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Sales and Business Development experience, including lead generation and sales pipeline management with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, able to deliver compelling product demonstrations and navigate client negotiations.
• Knowledge of the auto‑repair industry or related fields, and a solid understanding of SaaS or AI‑powered platforms.
• Collaboration and problem‑solving skills, working effectively with internal teams to troubleshoot client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Adaptability and self‑motivation, thriving in a fast‑paced remote environment with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Previous sales or account‑management experience is a significant advantage.

We are hiring five sales associates to start on a commission‑only basis, with an opportunity to transition to a base‑plus‑commission position within six months.
