- Be trusted to manage your territory with autonomy, accountability, and impact
- Manage and grow existing medical aesthetic accounts, including dermatology, plastic surgery, and medspa practices
- Drive VI Peel utilization and VI Derm adoption through strategic account planning and partnership
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans aligned with regional strategy
- Analyze sales data and territory reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Train accounts on product indications, protocols, and on-label usage
- Partner with practices on promotions, events, and open houses to drive sell-through
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all business hygiene and reporting requirements
- 3–5+ years of sales or account management experience in medical aesthetics
- Proven success growing existing accounts and driving consistent performance
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing a territory in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative mindset
- Ability to travel within territory
- Existing relationships within dermatology, plastic surgery, or medspa practices
- Experience selling professional skincare, peels, or aesthetic devices
