What You’ll Do
- Identify, negotiate, and close large deals within a defined territory, working with senior leaders such as CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, EVPs, and SVPs of major brands.
- Employ superior salesmanship to develop opportunities and locate key decision makers and influencers, embracing a fearless and customer‑obsessed approach.
- Listen to, understand, and anticipate client needs, building and influencing positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Actively seek new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Demonstrate curiosity and commitment to continuous learning by staying abreast of industry, market, and competitor trends to maintain a sales edge.
- Pursue regular feedback from leaders, peers, and clients to improve performance, uphold integrity, and exemplify character‑driven leadership.
- Top 10% performer in your current sales organization with a proven record of excellence; pursue passion with energy and commitment.
- Intellectually sharp, agile, with a second‑to‑none work ethic and coachability.
- Six or more years of sales experience, including at least four years selling enterprise‑level SaaS solutions and managing complex, large‑scale deals.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships that uncover new business opportunities.
- Enthusiastic about the customer‑experience revolution and capable of explaining the impact of digital interactions across large organizations.

$121,000 - $201,000 (base salary; additional bonuses and equity may apply based on role).
