About this Position
Market Area Managers work within their assigned geographic territory in the field. Residence within or near this assigned territory is required. The current Oak Lawn territory extends through parts of Bolingbrook, Oak Lawn, Calumet City, and Oak Forest.
Compensation & BenefitsUncapped earning potential with a base salary and monthly performance‑based commission; total compensation depends on impact. Quarterly profit sharing, company phone and computer, automobile and mileage allowance. Excellent benefits package beginning day1, including 401(k) match, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, and generous paid time off. Flexible schedule and structured training are also provided.
Responsibilities- Prospecting automotive dealerships to enhance business development outcomes.
- Account management and client services to build a strategic, consultative relationship with customers.
- Running a territory with entrepreneurial drive and dedication, analogous to a small business owner.
- Minimum 80% travel in the market.
- Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance and registration.
- Occasional overnight travel, less than 10%.
- Knowledge or experience in auto finance or retail operations of automobile dealerships (preferred).
- Existing relationships with dealers in the defined territory (preferred).
$111,450 + Monthly uncapped commission.
