Are you a disciplined individual with a chip on your shoulder? Fully Promoted is searching for an outside sales rep to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and to start or resume their career in sales. If you need babying, comforting and constant hand-holding, move on, this is not the job for you.

If you are competitive, driven to achieve targets, and is willing to suffer for several months maybe this could work for you.

Here’s what you will be doing:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Phone work to identify and reach out to potential clients.
    • Direct outreach in person, that’s canvassing in person.
    • Research and analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
    • Quoting and closing new prospects.
  • Client relationship building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular outreach.
    • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions using our promotional products.
  • Sales Presentations:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Fully Promoted.
  • Achieving Sales Targets:
    • Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales growth.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
    • Attend training sessions to enhance sales skills and techniques.
  • Team

    Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies
    • Contribute to a positive energetic team environment.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree ideal, but would consider school of hard knocks
    • Solid time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • High degree of organizational skills
    • Goal-oriented, disciplined with strong work ethic
    • Ability to fight through disappointment and gut wrenching adversity
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Previous sales experience or internships are a plus
    • A commission focused desire to earn by developing high volume accounts
