Sales Manager, Sales Representative
EZ is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth of the EZ Bolt product line throughout the Chicago market. This role focuses on developing electrical distributor relationships, driving contractor pull-through demand, conducting branch trainings, and growing market share across one of the largest electrical markets in the country. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, competitive, organized, and comfortable spending significant time in the field building relationships with distributors and contractors.
This is a high-visibility growth role with significant opportunity as EZ Bolt continues expanding nationally.
- OTE $125K-$175K
- Compensation heavily weighted toward performance
- Uncapped earning potential

- Conduct branch trainings and contractor engagement
- Drive pull-through demand with electrical contractors
- Open new distributor locations and grow existing accounts
- Support product launches and market expansion initiatives
- Maintain CRM activity and pipeline visibility
- Provide territory forecasting and market feedback
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience working with electrical distributors required
- Proven track record of territory growth and quota attainment
- Comfortable operating independently in a field sales role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Contractor engagement and pull-through sales
- Electrical, industrial, or construction-related products
