About the roleAs Regional Sales Manager
, you will take full ownership of sustainable and profitable growth across the Central Midwest region. This is a senior, highly visible role where you translate corporate strategy into a regionally relevant go‑to‑market plan—aligning customers, channels, and internal stakeholders to win in machinery safety, industrial automation, warehouse automation, and ASRS markets.
You’ll operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels: setting direction, prioritising segments, and deploying the right resources—while also leading teams, building relationships, and closing complex opportunities. Success comes from strong commercial judgement, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to lead through influence in a matrix environment.
What you’ll be doing- Own and execute the regional sales and growth strategy to deliver revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Translate corporate strategy into clear segmentation, prioritisation, and coverage models for your region
- Lead, coach, and develop a direct sales team while influencing distributors, channel partners, and manufacturing representatives
- Drive new business acquisition across end users, OEMs, integrators, and partners
- Build and maintain strategic key account plans that deliver long‑term, multi‑site growth
- Lead indirect sales channels, including partner selection, onboarding, performance management, and joint business planning
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking using CRM tools
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, applications, marketing, and operations to deliver value‑based solutions
- Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitive intelligence to uncover growth opportunities
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements to maximise long‑term profitability
- Act as a senior regional ambassador at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
- Proven B2B sales leadership experience in machinery safety, industrial automation, warehouse automation, or ASRS
- Strong background selling through distributors, channel partners, and manufacturing representatives, alongside direct sales
- Track record of delivering profitable growth through structured strategy and execution
- Advanced commercial acumen, including pricing, margin optimisation, and contract negotiation
- Data‑driven mindset with strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
- Experience managing, coaching, and motivating both direct and indirect sales teams
- Confidence leading complex, consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned U.S. region

- Salary: Budgeted annual salary range of $100,000 – $140,000 (Plus generous OTE + Car)
