About the Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be the critical link between design and production—driving process improvements, launching new products, and solving real‑world challenges in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply consultative selling techniques, including performing site analyses, creating business cases and presentations, and managing metrics for customers and prospects, to address their needs with the right solutions.
  • Successfully acquire new accounts and retain existing accounts in your sales territory.
  • Implement our sales strategy, and coordinate and plan your sales activities using state‑of‑the‑art CRM software.
  • Serve as primary contact, sought‑after expert and customer advocate both internal and external for assigned and new accounts.
  • Be an expert in the car wash industry and on all Mark VII/Wash Tec product offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four‑year college or university; or 2–4 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5+ years in sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Significant experience with cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales.
  • Strong knowledge of business plans, budgeting, and developing strategies for market penetration.
  • Understanding of financial reports, including contribution margins, profit and loss statements, budgeting, and return on investment calculations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
