My client, a rapidly growing company in the concrete floor coatings industry, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join their team in the Chicagoland market. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to earn six figures in a high-demand industry while working company-provided, pre-set appointments — no cold calling required. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, self-driven, and comfortable closing deals in a face-to-face sales environment.

• Meet with prospective customers through pre-scheduled appointments
• Present concrete floor coating solutions to homeowners and business owners
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions
• Prepare estimates and close sales on-site
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

• Base salary: $40,000
• On-target earnings (OTE): $100K+
• Company-provided pre-set appointments
• Paid training and onboarding

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated by performance-based compensation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable meeting customers in-person and closing deals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
