Sales Engineer in Metal Hose Industry

Universal Hose and Braid is the leading growing company providing quality metal hoses to industry throughout the world through our Universal line and American BOA line of of products.

The Sales Engineer will be reporting directly to the head of Universal to cultivate new customers and distributors worldwide. Universal provides a broad line of products to fit most every industrial customer need.

• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner adhering to company safety policies.
• Have training in both engineering and sales
• Plan detailed presentations that show customers our product info, pricing, and benefits
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% - 70% of the time
• Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in ground breaking new ways
• Metal hose industry experience is required with a deep understanding of the market service/products
• Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports
• Work with customers and engineers to ensure our products meets the system requirements
• Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
• Adhere to all company policies
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Marketing preferred.
• 3 - 5 years working in engineering or sales in the metal hose industry preferred.
