What You'll Do
  • Own and manage assigned mid‑market accounts and territory
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Drive upsell, cross‑sell, services, and renewal revenue
  • Build strong customer relationships measured by:
    • Customer satisfaction
    • Referenceability
    • Growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams in a virtual selling model
  • Travel 20–35% for on‑site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in the IT or application software market
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Experience managing deals with an average size of $10K+
  • Success in a fast‑paced, competitive, consultative sales environment
  • Experience selling to Plant Managers, Quality Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, or Directors/VPS of Operations preferred
  • Experience selling manufacturing, MES, PLM, quality management, industrial software, or related solutions preferred
  • Experience with Business Intelligence, Statistical Analytics, SPC, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives is a plus
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Associate or Technical College degrees considered
Career Growth

This role offers a clear path forward. After 2–3+ years of strong performance, high achievers may be eligible for promotion to Senior Account Executive.

Paid Time Off
:
Paid holidays, as well as 4 weeks of annual paid time off are provided. The annual paid time off increases one week every five years.
