Location:

US or Canada – Remote

Compensation: $80,000–100,000/year + performance bonus

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including C‑Level leadership
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to provide appropriate solutions that drive topline growth
  • Manage overall partner relationships, including strategic planning and revenue growth targets
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Work with partners to develop and operationalize scalable go‑to‑market strategies
  • Define and refine go‑to‑market processes with customers for new products, features and services
  • Co‑create solutions and services with customers to create shared value propositions
  • Identify new trends and technologies to define and create new service offerings or tailor existing ones
  • Propose creative solutions to customer problems and create solution offerings aligned with company strategy
  • Develop and implement plans to facilitate the strategic vision across all service offerings
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify and solve complex challenges
  • Identify, manage leads, and anticipate customer needs to provide the right solutions
  • Negotiate agreement and contract structures with customers and internal personnel
  • Drive sales and engineering delivery teams to close deals and deliver projects
  • Drive the company’s long‑term strategic goals of partnership with large accounts and 360° relationships
Education & Experience
  • 1‑2 years of sales engineering experience in the heavy equipment or automotive industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or a related field
  • Commitment to maintaining an inclusive environment through persistent self‑reflection
