Since 2005, clients have traveled to Chicago specifically to work with our team, selecting fabrics, getting measured, and designing garments tailored to their exact preferences and lifestyle.

• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up
• Guide clients through the custom suiting and shirting process
• Conduct fittings and take measurements
• Help clients select fabrics, styles, and garment details
• Manage multiple client appointments and orders at once
• Develop repeat business and personal clientele
• Deliver a high-touch luxury experience from consultation through delivery

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in menswear, luxury retail, or personal styling
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Motivated by goals, performance, and client satisfaction
• Professional, polished, and confident with an upscale clientele
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Previous luxury sales or styling experience is an asset

• Commission-based role
• Average earnings: $60K–$70K+ in year one
• $90K+ potential in year two and beyond
