As a Customer Success/Engagement professional, you consult with clients to uncover and achieve their business goals, cultivate C‑level relationships, and bring data‑driven insights to life, building high‑trust relationships measured through growth, attrition, retention, and relationship health.

How You Will ContributeEngage with Kyriba’s US customers to drive and accelerate value realization, ensuring business outcomes through consumption of purchased solutions and success service entitlements. Manage a broad portfolio across the United States, deliver consistent, high‑quality engagement, and proactively adopt full product functionality. Facilitate regular meetings—including executive touchpoints—to measure progress and impact.
Take an outcome‑focused approach, driving value delivery for profitable growth and retention. Establish metrics, annual goals, and key objectives for each customer; use data and tools to track and deliver against them.
Forecast revenue‑loss risk by anticipating and planning for customer needs. Document account strategies in Customer Engagement Plans and deliver value and insight unique to each customer. Identify expansion opportunities to grow Kyriba’s footprint through additional services.
Establish, maintain, and deepen relationships across each account, lead Customer Advisory Councils, and support executive‑level board relationships. Prioritize competing priorities with urgency, independence, and judgment, and collaborate cross‑functionally to achieve outcomes. Travel: 20–30% travel is expected for customer meetings and company events across the United States.
Qualifications & Experience- Experience in Customer Success / Engagement, Account Management, or Sales
- Strong knowledge of SaaS models and value‑based engagement
- Strong business and financial acumen; treasury domain expertise is a plus
- Track record of driving client adoption, retention, and growth
- Strong relationship‑building, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Problem‑solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- High degree of accountability and a “can‑do” attitude—own your outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous or fast‑moving environments
- Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—identify needs and execute
- Customer empathy paired with a bias for action: listen deeply, then act decisively
- Experience facilitating executive‑level meetings and advisory boards is a plus
Salary
:
The annual base salary range for this role is $88,240.00–$ for a full‑time schedule, with potential to exceed the range through sustained performance and demonstrated success. Variable compensation (performance bonus or commission‑based plan) and a long‑term incentive may also be eligible.
