Responsibilities- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across enterprise accounts.
- Engaging CHROs and senior HR leaders to position Workvivo as a strategic partner.
- Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline growth and account expansion.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee engagement, survey, or listening solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with CHROs and senior HR decision‑makers.
- Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–9 months.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence in executive‑level presentations.
- Apply consultative selling skills to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Show equivalent practical experience in enterprise software or HR technology sales.
- Bring experience selling SaaS solutions to organizations with 10,000+ employees.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note:
Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location‑based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
