Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year plus on-target earnings of $80-100K

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who’s ready to drive growth by building relationships, prospecting target accounts, and uncovering new business opportunities.
As part of our Sales team, you’ll be on the front lines—identifying leads, conducting discovery, and generating high-value meetings —while helping expand our footprint in the market.
What You’ll Achieve:Your impact at Bee Line
- Drive growth through pipeline generation. You’ll proactively open doors, generate and qualify leads, and build a steady pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Expand customer base and market reach. By identifying new industries, decision-makers, and untapped markets, you’ll directly increase Bee Line’s footprint and top-of-funnel revenue potential.
- Deliver engaging initial sales experience. You’ll conduct introductory discovery calls, deliver high-level value propositions, and effectively uncover customer needs to position Bee Line solutions for next-step meetings.
- Consistently, meeting quotas with clean execution. You’ll manage accurate prospect records, log all activities in the CRM, and professionally secure qualified discovery meetings to meet or exceed monthly quota targets.
