Position Summary

We are hiring an Account Sales Manager Dealer who will develop and gain commitment for joint business relationships on Pro Dealer accounts. The role involves driving incremental sales and increasing the customer's share of wallet through strategic business planning. The focus is on customer lifetime value and overall commitment to Andersen. The position is located in the Chicago Metro area.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic business planning and propose solutions to drive profitable Andersen growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Collaborate via team selling to ensure customer-derived opportunities are effectively executed and supported.
  • Present a path for business improvement uniquely facilitated by Andersen solutions and tie insights back to unique strengths in the market.
  • Develop a distinct strategy for engaging critical stakeholders on specific deals.
  • Engage in joint selling efforts with the customer.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 5 years of relevant selling experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with trade customers, channel partners and peers.
  • Experience in strong analytical and fact‑based planning.
  • Disciplined and effective use of CRM and sales process methodology.
  • Understanding of customer needs and market trends to align value and create mutually beneficial business strategies.
  • Ability to present solutions to multiple stakeholder levels using a variety of delivery methods.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team selling environment.
Nice‑to‑have Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of the dealer channel.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Resident of the Chicago Metro region.
Compensation

Pay is based on several factors including work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Pay range: $77,600.00 - $.
