- Own the commercial relationship for your portfolio of accounts.
- Identify, mature and close expansion opportunities.
- Develop and grow relationships with clients (upsell – cross‑sell).
- Conduct business meetings with clients to support understanding of the account and uncover business initiatives and pain points that can create upsell opportunities.
- Partner with internal and external resources to support customer success.
- Navigate the renewal process timely and efficiently to achieve retention targets.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with team members and business partners to define approaches and goals as part of the upsell sales cycle.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that articulate Kyriba's value proposition and effectively differentiate KYRIBA offerings from competitive alternatives.
- Effectively navigate multiple levels of customer management including procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate forecasting in with disciplined pipeline management and opportunity progression.
- Generate leads through social selling, networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.
- Partner with BDRs and Marketing to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients based on reliance & expertise.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury operations, or financial technology solutions.
- Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close as well as renewal cycles.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and compellingly.
- A charismatic team player, with the proven ability to be part of a high‑performance organization.
- Proficiency in and sales productivity tools (Gong, Linked In Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Account management experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP solutions, or financial software.
- Background in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial risk management.
- Willingness to travel up to 30‑40% for customer meetings, industry events, and team meetings.
