Sales Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead, develop, and expand our local and regional sales efforts. This role is ideal for a driven leader with a strong background in media, advertising, or B2B sales who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, agencies, and regional advertisers
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets (individual + team)
• Drive new business development, with a target percentage of revenue from new accounts
• Maintain high client retention and renewal rates
• Incentives tied to exceeding revenue quotas, landing key accounts, and sustained team performance

• 3+ years of OOH (Out-of-Home) sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
