Position OverviewThe Territory Manager will be responsible for driving adoption of a breakthrough therapy across a designated geography. This highly visible role combines physician engagement, market development, account activation, and strategic business growth.
Unlike traditional device sales positions, this role requires building awareness, developing referral networks, supporting clinical adoption, and partnering with healthcare providers to improve patient access to therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Drive territory growth and achieve sales objectives
- Develop and expand physician relationships across multiple specialties
- Activate and develop new accounts while growing existing business
- Partner with clinical teams to support therapy adoption and patient outcomes
- Build referral pathways and market awareness initiatives
- Educate healthcare providers on patient selection and therapy benefits
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial leadership to execute growth strategies
- Support procedural and clinical activities as needed within the territory
- Electrophysiology
- Structural Heart
- Other procedure‑based medical device therapies
Candidates should possess a strong track record of territory growth, physician relationship development, and market expansion.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience calling on physicians and healthcare systems
- Strong business development and territory management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
