Connect Search is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through new client acquisition and strategic relationship development.

This is a true business development role focused on generating new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and creating long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate is a hunter who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and creating opportunities from the ground up.

• Prior staffing industry experience is highly preferred.
• Proven success in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
