Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and relationship‑driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team at Farmers Insurance.

• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Help clients protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and future.
• Work alongside a supportive and growth‑focused team.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails.

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty License, or in the process of obtaining them (required).
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude and team‑player mentality.
• Property and Casualty license is required.
• Life and Health license is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
• Upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi‑task, follow‑thru and follow‑up.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.

• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.

• Annual base salary + commission + bonus opportunities.
• Salary range: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
