Presales Consultant , Hybrid Systems

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, advising and influencing their strategic decisions and tackling unique customer issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams on account planning, sales strategy, and solution customization while mentoring junior team members.
• Lead the design of complex, innovative, and strategic solutions that address unique customer challenges and align with the organization’s long‑term goals.
• Deliver compelling presentations and engage with executive-level customers, articulating the value proposition of the organization’s solutions in alignment with the customers’ business goals.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-profile customers, coordinating with sales teams to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and growth.
• Tackle intricate technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problem‑solving skills, demonstrating an ability to handle complex scenarios.
• Organize innovation workshops to explore new ways to address customer challenges and create novel solutions.
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, guiding their professional growth, sharing deep product and domain expertise, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalently demonstrated competence.
• Typically 7 to 10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, API, Cloud Computing, Cloud Services, Computer Science, Customer Success Management, Demonstration Skills, Enterprise Application Software, Extract Transform Load (ETL), IT Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, New Product Development, Presales, Product Management, Request For Proposal, Sales Process, Sales Prospecting, SAS, Software As A Service (SaaS), and Virtualization.
