As The Paper Tigers continues to expand our recycling business through new partnerships with some of North America's leading manufacturers, we're looking for an exceptional Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to become a key member of our team.

This is not a traditional customer service position.

You'll be at the center of our operation—working with customers, suppliers, transportation partners, and our sales team to ensure that thousands of tons of recyclable material move efficiently every month. Every day brings new challenges, changing priorities, and opportunities to solve problems while delivering outstanding service.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily activities between suppliers, customers, transportation providers, and our internal sales team.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries to ensure timely execution of customer commitments.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and outstanding customer service.
• Work closely with transportation providers to maximize service, reliability, and efficiency.
• Resolve customer questions, shipment issues, and service challenges quickly and professionally.
• Support our sales organization by ensuring operational excellence throughout every transaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement while helping the company achieve its operating goals.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum three years of successful B2B customer service, logistics, account management, or inside sales experience.
