All duties:
Executive Sales Director, Architectural Services & Custom Homes:

• Attend meetings with company president & potential clients considering home projects. Follow up with the potential client as needed.
• Assist in touring new potential clients through previous our clients homes, drafting and negotiating architecture agreements, and transition into architecture phase.
• Assist new clientsin finding land or tear downs for new homesvia MLS, Zenlist, direct mail, etc.
• Promote our client custom homes and architectural services to other realtors in @properties offices and build relationships with the realtor community to increase potential for referrals.
• Promote our client across all social media outlets. Assistin the creation of content and coordinate posts/promotions with our social media partner, Cesson.
• Familiarize oneself with the client photo portfolio and assist with curation of the website & all other sites/listings. Benchmark our website against competitors to check for improvements.
• Attend Winnetka/Northfield/Glencoe and Wilmette/Kenilworth chamber of commerce meetings to promote product offering for our client.
• Typical activities associated with Marketing & Business Development.
• We encourage you to review and make suggestions on how to improve our process.

• Ensure that signson job sites look good,trucks are decal’dand clean, business cards are consistent, email signatures are updated & consistent, brochures are updated.
• Assist in photographing and staging newly completed projects. Upload to Houzz to win ‘Best of Houzz’ in the Design category annually.
• Assist in the creation of advertising content with Luxe & North Shore Real Producers.
• Assist in managingcontent on Yelp, Next-door, Google.
• Ensure sprout socialis connected to all profiles and new Linked Inconnection invitations are accepted to increase the potential spread of posts.
• Assist with annual client thank you events like Thanksgiving thank you’ s, Gingerbread home building for charity, etc.
• Assist with hosting events at the AP officeswith local charities, schools, non-profits, community organizations.
• Check-in with existing clients throughout the design build process to ensure that they’re happy and willing to write us a nice review. Positive Houzz reviews ensure that we win ‘Best of Houzz’ in the Customer Service category.
• Eventually monitor and respond to our Houzz Pro inquiries for new potential clients
• Eventually monitor and respond to our Yelp Biz leads for new potential clients and ensure a quick response time and positive online presence.
• Assist with internalcompany events to ensure positivemorale.
• Periodic reporting of status & sales pipeline to President and leadership team & implementation of feedback in support of goals and priorities as established by President.

• Coordination w/ other departments (Architecture. Construction, Accounting, Selections, etc.) in support of company goals & priorities and to facilitate a positive team environment.
• Support of all overall company goals as defined by CEO / President.
