Keyrenter Property Management Chicago North is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive portfolio growth by securing new property management clients and building stronger referral relationships throughout the local real estate community.

This is a highly impactful role where you’ll be working both company-generated leads and self-generated leads, building relationships with referral sources, contributing to marketing initiatives, and ultimately converting prospects into clients. We provide extensive training, robust resources, and ongoing support to set you up for success.

Active Illinois Real Estate license is strongly preferred (or candidate must be willing to obtain it within 6 months after start date, the company will cover the fees to obtain it).

• Drive new business growth by securing new property management clients
• Respond quickly and professionally to incoming owner and investor leads
• Conduct outreach through phone, text, email, and in-person meetings
• Run consultative sales conversations with property owners and investors
• Explain Keyrenter Property Management Chicago North’s property management services and value proposition
• Help guide prospective clients through the sales process
• Follow up consistently with prospects who are not ready to move forward right away
• Work toward clear growth goals and monthly business development activity expectations

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (agents, mortgage lenders, investors, etc.)
• Conduct outreach including warm and cold calls
• Execute social media and content strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Attend local networking events and industry meetups as a representative of Keyrenter Property Management Chicago North, building relationships and generating new business opportunities
• Conduct in-person presentations to referral partners, promoting Keyrenter Property Management Chicago North’s referral program to generate new business opportunities

• Host in-person, phone, and virtual meetings with prospective clients
