Responsibilities- Providing protection for various protectees.
- Conducting criminal investigations related to U.S. financial obligations.
- Planning and executing security for National Special Security Events.

Minimum Requirements- U.S. citizenship.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to carry and proficiently use a firearm.
- Age between 21 and 37 at the time of conditional offer, with exceptions for prior federal service or veteran's preference.
- Top Secret Clearance.
- Visual acuity of 20/100 binocular, corrected to 20/20.
- Hearing loss not exceeding 25 decibels in relevant ranges.
- Pass a drug test before appointment and undergo random testing.
- Complete 13 weeks of training at FLETC in Glynco, GA, and 18 weeks at the James J. Rowley Training Center, Laurel, MD.
- Willingness to accept assignments nationwide and overseas.
- Register with the Selective Service System or be exempt.
