Ridings Plumbing is looking for an Experienced Plumber to join our field operations team. This role is ideal for a licensed plumbing professional with strong drain cleaning, remodel, and general plumbing service experience. You'll work directly with residential and commercial customers, solving problems and delivering outstanding service with professionalism and care. • Perform plumbing service calls, including troubleshooting and repairs
• Handle residential and commercial drain cleaning and plumbing remodels
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Ensure work complies with current plumbing codes and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and work vehicle
• Communicate effectively with customers and office staff
• Accurately complete work orders and daily reports
• Participate in rotating on-call and overtime as needed

• 4 years of plumbing experience preferred
• Strong background in service, drain cleaning, and remodel plumbing
• IL Plumbing License preferred
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check (as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws)
