We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Handyman/Carpenter Service professional to join our team. If you are tired of the travel and paperwork associated with running your own business, this is the opportunity for you.

• Respond with empathy and urgency to maintenance requests, ensuring customers feel heard and supported.
• Provide high-quality maintenance and repair services in residential and commercial areas.
• Create, present, and sell project estimates.
• Use an iPad to keep accurate records of your work, ensuring accountability at every step.

• At least 10 years of experience in residential/commercial remodeling or a related field.
• Ability to generate accurate project estimates

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
• A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
• A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients to understand their needs.
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  .
• Proficiency in at least three of the following areas: painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and general repairs.

• W-2 employee (no 1099).
• No travel required.
• No bookkeeping or scheduling.
• Weekly gross pay range $800–$1,200 depending on experience and qualifications.
