Sign-On Bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (to qualify, must hold an active pest control license).
- $500 will be paid after 30 days of employment.
- $500 will be paid after 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities- Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
- Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
- Use all safety equipment as instructed.
- Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
- Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in‑person.
- Strong customer service and in‑person presentation skills.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Pest control experience preferred but not required.
- Use of company vehicle will be granted upon route assignment.
- Company‑provided cellphone/devices or reimbursement.
