This full-time entry-level position runs Monday–Thursday from 7 AM to 4 PM and half-day Fridays
, with on-call work as assigned.

As our Plumbing and HVAC Assistant, you'll support experienced technicians on job sites with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include preparing work areas, transporting tools, installing fixtures, sealing pipes, diagnosing minor leaks, learning basic HVAC procedures, operating drain-cleaning tools, and reading simple blueprints. You'll play a vital role in keeping projects organized and safe while gaining hands‑on training across multiple trades.

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (tight spaces, outdoor conditions)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort using hand and power tools

Trade school or vocational training, relevant field experience, or OSHA 10/30 certifications are preferred.
