Field Service Technician

Job Overview

Accel Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: ACEL) seeks field service technicians to maintain and repair gaming, ATM, and amusement equipment across Illinois locations such as bars, restaurants, and truck stops. Positions are full‑time (40 hrs/week) with a base hourly rate of $18–$30, depending on experience and proficiency. Additional shift differential is available for weekend and second/third shifts.

• Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot equipment repairs.
• Interact with clerks, staff, and customers to resolve issues.
• Provide exemplary customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when needed.
• Complete all required documentation for device entries, logs, and audits.
• Perform auditing procedures on slot machines, amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Mechanical aptitude (e.g., HVAC, low‑voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive).
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Computer literacy is helpful but not required.
• Physical capability to lift and push up to 50 pounds.

Hourly base pay ranges from $18.00 to $30.00, based on qualifications and experience. Shift differentials apply for weekends and second/third shifts.
