In addition to truck assembly, we provide full-service and road service support, parts, and mobility services from our Springfield, IL location.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Springfield, IL, for a Service Technician. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repair on various types of equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, providing exceptional customer service during field service tasks, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and reliably. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols are key aspects of the role.

• Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of mechanical and technical equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Experience in Field Service tasks, including on-site repair and support
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs
• Knowledge and experience in preventative Maintenance practices to ensure equipment reliability
• Physical ability to handle tools and machinery safely and effectively
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for on-site service
• Technical training or certifications in relevant fields are a plus
