Refrigeration Service TechnicianPay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs
Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm with occasional overtime
Schedule: Monday to Friday
What You Will Be Doing- Refrigeration service, maintenance, repair and installation of refrigeration equipment and commercial HVAC equipment. No restaurant hot side
- Communicate ideas and repair options to customers and coworkers
- Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and indoor air quality products and services
- Retrofit / changeout installations as needed
- Equipment we work on: furnace, AC, heat pumps, split systems, RTUs, walk‑in and reach‑in coolers, freezers, small air‑cooled chillers, make‑up air units, etc.
- Duct work as needed
- Able to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams
- We install Trane and Bryant equipment

- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in refrigeration installation, maintenance, and repair
- Background in servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems
- EPA Universal certified
- Skilled in diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC units
- Strong communication and customer service abilities with both clients and team members
- Knowledgeable in the safe operation of scissor lifts and Genie lifts
- Capable of lifting and transporting up to 50 pounds
- HVAC technical school training or certification preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving history
- High school diploma or GED required
