We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Water Restoration Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the clean-up and restoration of water-damaged properties, ensuring that each site is left clean and safe for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the clean-up and restoration of water-damaged properties.
- Operate and drive a box truck to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Lift and move equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. as needed.
- Utilize various cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Navigate stairs and ladders throughout the restoration process.
- Interact professionally with customers to maintain a positive experience.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on job sites
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- 1+ year of experience in water/fire restoration, construction, demolition, or another labor-intensive trade (preferred)
Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
Comfortable using moisture meters, extractors, and drying equipment (training provided if needed)
Attention to detail when documenting job progress and following safety and remediation protocols
Ability to work effectively in small teams and follow direction from supervisors or lead technicians
