Job Summary

Auto Body Technician (Hourly) – Service Center Fleet, Chicago.

Repair vehicles in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state‑of‑the‑art equipment. Duties include removal of damaged fenders, panels and grills, reassembly after painting, and other collision repair tasks.

• 2+ years of collision repair experience.
• I‑CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain proper tools.
• Must pass background checks and pre‑employment screenings.

• Perform consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Experience with frame equipment and structural body repair preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
