Role Summary
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the repair and maintenance of our equipment and machinery. From performing routine maintenance to diagnosing breakdowns, you'll be at the forefront of keeping our operations running smoothly. We are open to candidates new to Maintenance as well as experienced Maintenance professionals. $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Plus, $2.00/hour shift premium for all hours worked

Maintenance Supervisor
Diagnose and repair breakdowns related to machinery, utility services, and building structures
Utilize preventative techniques to perform routine maintenance on plant equipment
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments to repair and maintain machinery according to specifications
Complete all necessary documents accurately and adhere to 5S standards for cleanliness
Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
Perform all other duties as assigned
Mechanical aptitude demonstrated through previous experience or hobbies
Ability to follow and interpret verbal and written work instructions
Ability to take initiative, demonstrating the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion without supervision
Physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift/move heavy objects frequently
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain clear and accurate records
Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with team members and internal customers
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
High School diploma or equivalent
Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
Previous maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
Previous powered industrial equipment certification is preferred
Demonstrated steady work history with minimal employment gaps
History of reliable attendance record and punctuality - essential to support production timelines and team operations.
