Inspect, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair facility systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire life safety, boilers, refrigeration units, compressors, motors and pumps and related controls;
Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and functional testing of facility systems and equipment;
Use CMMS to document tasks, input work orders, and maintain equipment histories;
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment; communicate repair status to supervisor;
Assist with on-call emergencies during nights, weekends, and holidays; coordinate with vendors as needed
