Lead HVAC Technician - Local Housing Complex | Full-Time | $20/hr

A local housing complex is hiring a Lead HVAC Technician to support the maintenance, operation, and repair of all property-wide HVAC systems. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who has worked with commercial HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, motors, turbine engines, air compressors, and large-scale heating and cooling equipment
.

The Lead HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring all HVAC equipment operates safely and efficiently. This includes performing preventive maintenance
, troubleshooting malfunctions, and completing necessary repairs to minimize downtime. This position requires travel between multiple locations, so a valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. After hire-on, you will receive a company vehicle
.

Perform maintenance, operation, and repair of all HVAC systems, including boilers, pumps, motors, turbine engines, air compressors, and related machinery

Respond promptly to emergency HVAC service calls
, identifying and resolving issues efficiently

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC equipment runs safely and at optimal performance

Maintain inventory of HVAC tools, supplies, and parts needed for repairs and upkeep

• Travel between assigned locations as needed

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (required)

Experience working with commercial HVAC systems and large-scale units

Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor and confined spaces

Starting pay: $20/hr

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM
