Mobile Maintenance Mechanic

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support commercial properties across the region. In this field-based role, you will travel between client sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and document work in a CMMS while upholding safety standards and JLL procedures.

Success in this role requires strong technical skills, reliability, clear communication with property teams and tenants, and a client-focused approach that aligns with JLL's performance-driven, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment across multiple client sites
• Respond to service requests, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues, and implement safe, timely repairs
• Conduct routine inspections, document findings, and update maintenance logs and work order systems
• Coordinate with property and facility managers to prioritize tasks and minimize downtime for tenants
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and JLL policies while maintaining clean, organized work areas
• Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives through proper equipment operation and maintenance
• Manage mobile tools, parts, and inventory, and communicate needs for materials or vendor support
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients and occupants while representing JLL in the field
