Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position for the 24/25 school year in Belden, IL. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to work within the school setting and make a significant impact on students' munication and language development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Illinois SLP license.
- Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and needs.
