We're looking for a Program Manager who enjoys leading people, building relationships, solving problems, and making a real difference in the community. In this role, you'll oversee Club Compass, support Camp Compass, coach Site Coordinators, strengthen program operations, and help ensure every student has a positive, high-quality experience.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least two years of supervisory experience (required)
- Experience working with youth, education, nonprofit organizations, recreation, human services, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
Salary:$50,000-$60,000 annually
