This contract position is located within a supportive school setting near Springfield, IL, with potential consideration for hybrid work arrangements.

As a valued member of the school’s educational team, you will utilize your expertise to provide essential psychological services to students, staff, and families. Your role will be vital in fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student well-being.

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement required
• Professional experience as a School Psychologist in K-12 settings is highly preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to equitable practices and cultural competency

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify students’ strengths and support needs
• Develop evidence-based intervention strategies to address academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Provide counseling, guidance, and crisis intervention as needed
• Stay current with legal and ethical standards in school psychology
