Loren Cook Company is currently seeking an experienced RPG Developer to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for developing new applications, maintenance and modifications of the existing system. The RPG Developer must display the ability to learn new skills and be able to work effectively with all areas of the company. Good communication skills and willingness to be a team player is a must.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on Web and Windows applications as part of a cross functional team. As a member of Loren Cook’s technology department you have access to the latest IBM i, Windows, Web and Cloud technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year experience or recent formal training in a high level programming language
- Experience with RPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE and CL.
Beneficial Qualifications:
- Experience with IBM iSeries operating system admin and system backups
- Knowledge in programming and working with APIs and Restful Web Services
