• Proficient in Clojure, Clojure Script, and Ruby on Rails.
• Willing to learn or know re-frame and Reagent Forms.
• Practices TDD and trunk-based development.
• Has at least 4 years of software development experience.
• Is empathetic towards their team, understands tradeoffs in their implementations, and communicates effectively.
• Can speak and write in non-technical terms, and values effective time management.
